Great Is His Faithfulness!

| Lamentations 3:22-24 – 28 June 2019 |

Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

NKJV

I have good news for you! God’s love never fails. He is always with us, and He gives us a fresh chance for success every day. Things may have not been going the way you would like them to, but the Lord’s hand has been upon you, keeping you strong, keeping you standing. He gives us a clean page to write on each day, and His eternal wisdom to draw from as we step into each new challenge. You may be reading this message with some disappointment or grief in your heart. Maybe you received some bad news today, or heard about something not turning out the way you planned. Here’s the Word of the Lord:

“Do not doubt My faithfulness, precious one, and do not doubt the power of My Word. Whatever I have spoken into your life, I will fulfill. Whatever I have promised you is coming to pass. It is My loving kindness and My hand upon your life that has kept you whole and standing despite all the things that came against you in the recent past. My mercy and grace have been abounding towards you, protecting you from the onslaught of your enemies. I love you and My heart overflows with loving kindness towards you. I am always with you, and My love will never fail you. I am by your bed as you wake up each morning, releasing light and new grace into your life for your day. I have commissioned My angels to watch over you every moment. You are always covered by My love and held within the circle of My care. I am your faithful Father, your ever present God. I will never leave you nor forsake you. I am always there. Do not be distracted or take your eyes off Me. I am faithful (faith-full!). I am the Author and the Finisher of your faith, and that is why your faith grows when you keep your eyes fixed on Me. Things are happening in your favor, even when you do not see it. I have you covered and I protect you. I have your back. I am omnipotent God, and My name is Faithful & True. I am so completely and committedly for you.”

Dear friend, you may have given up on God or His people, or the prophetic words that have been spoken over your life but there is something beautiful springing up for you. You are going to experience the mercy of God in all its newness and freshness. Perhaps your faith has been affected by recent events and you are in need of a faith boost but let me remind you that we have a mighty champion. He rides a huge white stallion and His name is Faithful and True. (Revelations 19:11). His eyes sweep the face of the earth looking for those whose hearts are His, looking to connect to their story and to raise them up to where He is. His eyes are like a flame of fire, and His heart is filled with divine compassion for the ones He died for. His glorious robe is dipped in blood, and He is here to cover you with it. His name is called the Word of God. (Revelations 19:13) and nothing that He speaks shall return “void” (Isaiah 55:11) or fail to achieve its purpose. (God never speaks untruth! Numbers 23:19) Jesus took faithfulness to another level when He laid down His life to prove His love! Such is His Faithfulness that He paid the price that we should be paying, giving His life for ours that we could be free to live and love and grow. It is the ultimate sacrifice, the act of perfect love that made it possible for us to go completely free. We could never comprehend or fully reproduce the love and faithfulness of God. They go beyond the realms of human possibility in their endlessness and power to transform. They carry the patience and compassion of a God who sees His people as the perfect and beautiful works of art He created them to be. We were so far away when Jesus touched our lives that we could have been consumed if not for the absolute mercy of our Lord! His powerful act of love continues to impact us each day, as we wake up and see that His mercies are new, His love is alive in us, and we are free to start afresh and be who He has called us to be. It could be that you are feeling bad and blaming yourself (or someone else) for things that have gone “wrong” in the past, even in the very recent past. Receive God’s forgiveness through the powerful blood of Jesus Christ. Also, forgive yourself today. Let the Truth set you free. His compassion is a real and living force and flows to you today. His mercies are new and fresh, and available to get you off to a brand new start, hallelujah! “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:32). You are alive and well and the perfect candidate for an awesome miracle to happen today because God is with you and He is so unendingly faithful! Be blessed, be bold, and open your heart to the precious Holy Spirit. Let Him show you the depths of the goodness and faithfulness of Jesus, and that He loves you fiercely and eternally!
